- 1 sheet, 64 x 54 cm. Call Number: BX808.5.P8 C37 1609
- Printed on parchment and illuminated with decorative patterns with floral motifs; and bright medallions with the pontifical armorial plate of Pope Paul V, and the arms of the King of Portugal. At the bottom of the document there is a hole where originally was hanging the Pope's seal. Faint handwritten notations on front and back of document.
