- Scope and Content
- This is a grouping of a few letters written by Mulligan and 20 or so written to him. Most of the letters are about the publication of Mulligan's works, usually in newspapers. Some letters mention John Wilson Townsend and his writings. There is one fairly long letter from Mulligan to Townsend (in 60M195). There is an interesting reply to a letter from an unnamed person (55M9), a letter Mulligan wrote to John H. Morgan in 1898 (56M217), a letter to Morgan from Robert W. Woolley, written in 1909 (in 60M195), and the typescripts of two poems, "From Elkhorn down to Keene" (61M128), and "Battle hymn of the McKennas" (in 60M195).
