Henry Jacoby was born in December of 1773 (death date unknown). He was the third son of John Frances Jacoby, who was the first in his family line to be born in America.

The Henry Jacoby Arithmetic manuscript consists of a handwritten arithmetic book which belonged to Henry Jacoby.
