- Thomas A. Morgan M.L.C.C. lived in Louisville, Kentucky, during the Civil War.

- The collection consists of a broadside advertising a Marshal's Sale, to be run by Thomas A. Morgan and N. Beall Gantt, of a lot in Louisville, Kentucky. The Louisville Chancery Court decreed the sale of the lot following the case of J. B. Kinkead against H. F. Simrall.
