The Keene family lived in Franklin and Scott counties, Ky.
Scope and Content
This is a collection, on microfilm, of genealogical materials concerning the Keene family of Franklin and Scott counties in Kentucky. The family records include data about births, marriages and deaths. There are also copies of wills, a register of the births of slaves who served the family, and information about the Keenes' heraldic symbols and English ancestry.

Special Collections Research Center - Closed

The Breckinridge Research Room will be closed starting May 11, 2026, and anticipates re-opening Fall semester 2026 in an alternate location for the duration of the King Library renovation.
