- This collection contains marriage records recorded by the Fayette County (Ky.) Court Clerk's office from 1795-1850 which were copied from the original and indexed by Samuel M. Wilson in 1916. The typescript copy lists the dates of marriages, the names of the brides and grooms, and the names of officials. Typescript copy made by Samuel M. Wilson in 1916.

The Breckinridge Research Room will be closed starting May 11, 2026, and anticipates re-opening Fall semester 2026 in an alternate location for the duration of the King Library renovation.
