- The Sting of the Yellowjackets newspaper reprints (dated 1949-1953; 0.35 cubic feet; 1 box) consists of newspaper articles, rosters, schedules, and other information documenting the Yellowjackets, the boys basketball team from Hindman High School in Hindman, Kentucky. The books were compiled by Garnard Martin, Linda Pogue Martin, William J. Martin, and Glenna Johnson Martin. Garnard Martin played for the Yellowjackets. Additionally, the collection includes a photocopied copy of the 1953 yearbook for the Hindman Settlement School.
